Livia B & B is 9 minutes walk from the town center.

In the “surroundings” section of the website are listed the best beaches in the area, also once our guests arrive we will be happy to give them advice on the most important destinations in Maremma.

Our parking is free and reserved for guests, it is not guarded but is located in a private courtyard with fence and gate.

We do not have a bike rental service but, upon your request, we can show you the nearest one.

We are close to the port of the town, from where ferries leave to tour the Tuscan archipelago.

There is this possibility on request.

Leaving the B & B through direct access to the sea, you can find
bathing establishments alternating with free beaches.

We have a free wifi connection for our guests.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00 and check-out from 8:00 to 10:00.
